A Thread is ₹1 of Basis store credit. Earn them on orders and bonuses; they show in your account and apply automatically at checkout — no code to enter.
How do I redeem my Threads?
You don't have to do anything. When you check out signed in, your available Threads are offered as credit against the order total.
Do Threads expire?
No expiry games. Your Threads stay yours. (We'll always give notice before any change to the program.)
How do tiers work?
Tiers are based on your lifetime spend with Basis. Cross ₹5,000 for Member (7.5% back) and ₹15,000 for Icon (10% back). You keep your tier — it never resets.
